Candidates for NJ governor court business leaders at NJBIA reception

SOMERSET, NJ (SBN) — The winners of the recent gubernatorial primaries in New Jersey introduced themselves to about 400 business leaders at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s Employer Legislative Committee Reception at the Palace catering venue here Jun 17.

Republican Jack Ciattarelli and Democrat Mikie Sherrill each spoke about their plans for state government and took audience questions for about 25 minutes each at the event, which bills itself as a traditional “first stop” for gubernatorial candidates after the primary elections.
